| KTLDE electromagnetic flowmeter
is based on the Faraday¡¯s law, as the conductive fluid
passes through the magnetic field, a voltage (electrical
potential E) developed across the electrodes. |

K--------
Meter factor
B-------- Magnetic induction intensity
V-------- Average velocity at cross section of
the meter pipe
D-------- Inside diameter of the meter pipe |
|
| When conductive fluid passes through the magnetic field at right angle at velocity V, a potential voltage be generated, which is proportional to the average velocity and be tested by electrodes, then converter processes this low level voltage signal to output 4-20mA or 0-1kHz signal. |
